Today I was inspired by my friend Degan Beley, who is training to run a marathon in Athens Greece in November 2007 and fund-raising for the Arthritis Society.She has a talented writing style whereby you really get a sense of the difficulty and rewards that training brings to her.
Plus she a very cute dog,... Sofia, who has her dog Dogbook (Facebook). Um,.... I borrowed a thumbnail of Sofia, but stopped short of "Add Sofia as a Friend"...
Anyway, I'll be following Degan's marathon training efforts and her journey to Athens with fond support. Cheers!
